Source is a real-estate brokerage company with more than 20 years of experience. This makes it one of the most expert organizations in the field of office and business real-estate brokerage in Bulgaria. They, however, needed to somehow represent this online. Thus, we decided on keeping with their old-school logo and colour combination - in theme with the current nostalgia themes - while creating a professional and simple modern website.

The colour palette we used was inspired by their old logo, which used the same red colour. Hence we decided to use it as an accent. We decided on employing interior design rules of colouring with the 70-20-10 division, thus also giving a memory of the real-estate focus of the company.
Montserrat has proven to be one of the most useful and versatile fonts in modern design. With its clean lines and striking contrast when it comes to the bold variant, we managed to connote both a kind of stability and a look into the modern.
